Robert N. St. Jean, P.E., President & CEO
Bob is a graduate of Purdue University’s Mechanical Engineering Program with an MBA from Indiana University. Bob has served on the IIAR Board of Directors and the PSM Task Force. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, and Texas. Bob has over thirty years experience in the ammonia refrigeration industry as a sales representative and consulting engineer.

Heather M. Young, Vice President / Project Manager
Heather completed her studies at Georgia Southern University in the field of Health and Safety. She has over fifteen years experience developing preventive health and safety programs for companies involved with hazardous materials.

Guy Ploeckelmann, Project Manager
Guy is a graduate of the World Food Logistics Organization Institute and the Frick Operator and Compressor Rebuild School. He has over fourteen years experience in facility maintenance as well as PSM compliance and refrigeration/Hazmat training. Guy is also RETA CIRO certified.

R.G. St. Jean, Project Manager
Rob is a graduate of the University of Richmond with an MBA from Georgia State University. He served as an Army Officer in the Chemical Corps for nuclear, biological and chemical readiness and training. He is a certified instructor for Hazmat Technician Level Training, and is RETA CARO certified as well.

Janine Burnett, Project Administrator
Janine is a graduate of Georgia Tech, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management. She coordinates the PSM / RMP programs and works closely with clients on compliance.

Shawn Potter, Project Associate / Inspector
Shawn has five years of experience in Process Safety Management with ASM, and over twenty years experience in Project Management. He conducts the onsite Mechanical Integrity Audits, Compliance Audits, and assists with other PSM projects for ASM.

Julie Packer, Office Manager
Julie has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Communications. She oversees daily operations, scheduling, accounting, and assists with PSM projects. Julie has extensive office management skills acquired over twenty years working for such companies as Marriott, General Electric, Gwinnett County Public Schools, and the Gwinnett Braves; the AAA affiliate of the Atlanta Braves Baseball Club.
